Hello, and welcome to Sugar and Spice. My name is Melissa Randall from Baking with Melissa. And today, we are making chocolate chip cookie dough brownies. Now, it's really easy to make, but first you have to make your favorite brownie recipe that fits a nice by thirteen pan and your favorite cookie dough. Now, of course, you can take the easy route by already made cookie dough and you can also use a brownie mix, if you want. But I prefer using my favorite brownie recipe from scratch. After you've mixed up your brownie batter, you're going to go ahead and put it into a nine by thirteen pan. Of course, first you need to go ahead and spray it with a non-stick spray or you can use a non-stick foil like I'm using here. You're going to place your brownie batter right into the pan, go ahead and spread it out into the pan. And then, you're going to take your cookie dough and place that right on the top. The best and easiest way to do that, is to use a scoop, like the one you see here. Go ahead, take your cookie dough, scoop it, put it right on top of the brownies. Now, I've preheated my oven to 350 degrees and we're going to put these cookie dough brownies right into the oven for about 42 minutes. Of course, you can check them around 40 minutes or so, it's always best to under bake a brownie. I took the brownies out of the oven, I let them cool completely before cutting them into little squares like you see here. Now, these are chocolate chip cookie dough brownies and they are absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for joining me here on Sugar and Spice. My name is Melissa Randall from Baking with Melissa, and I hope you have a wonderful baking day.
