Hi, I'm Skylar. If you are having trouble sending pictures or messages on your iPhone, there could be a couple things to blame. First of all, you want to check out what connectivity you have. Are you connected to the internet and if you are, how, cellular or Wi-Fi? Certain cellular networks actually don't allow you to send multi media messages, MMS, and that can be caused by APN settings so if you are able to edit your APN, then you might run into some trouble. There is a support article on Apple.com that can help out with that. So if you scroll down a little bit on this website, you'll see what I'm talking about here with your APN. One thing you may want to try, a very quick solution is go into settings, then go to messages and right here, SMS/MMS, make sure that MMS messaging is turned on. That will allow you to send a picture through the MMS protocol. If you are using iMessage, however, you'll be able to send a picture as long as you have an internet connection, but if that's not working then definitely check out this article that I've brought up on screen because it can solve a lot of problems, pretty much all of them. All of that said, the first trouble shooting step is to restart your device so hold the on/off button until you see power or slide to power it off, power it off, turn it back on. That could actually fix it. Secondly, update your software to the newest version available. I can see that I actually have a software update coming at me because it says one inside that red circle. So I would tap settings, then to go general, software update and install now. That might solve the problem. So after those two steps, if it doesn't work, check out this article and follow along. Thanks for watching. I'm Skylar.
