Hi, this is Angie from Angie's Southern Kitchen. And today, we're going to learn how to make sweet bread. And we're going to do it in the bread machine and in this particular bread machine, we have to put our wet ingredients first. We have a fourth a cup of water, one-half a cup of whole milk, and we have six tablespoons of butter and we're going to use the remaining two to brush the top f the bread. And then, we're going to have three eggs and one yolk, and we're going to put that in our bottom. And then, we're going to put a teaspoon of salt and we have three-fourths cups of sugar. And then, after you put that in, you put your flour in and you're going to put it on your dough setting. And you're going to let it run its course. And then, you're going to let it sit in there, about a 30 minutes extra and rest. And then, once the dough cycle is over with, then you have a really nice sweet bread dough. And then, I'm going to cover it with a towel and put it in a warm, dry place till it doubles in size, probably about 45 minutes to an hour and then, we'll come back and check it. You can do lots of different things with this, I've put this in bread loaf pan and this is how much bread it makes. You can actually cut it into either half or in quarters and fill these. Or you, I have also just made it into a little, round ball and baked it on a sheet pan, if you don't have any of these pans. And it will do either way, this dough is very versatile. And I'm going to put one in a just regular small loaf pan and then, I'll put, I'll make on into a round ball. And once it's completed, we can see what it looks like. And there it is, your great breads, you can see how nice it's risen and we've made it with strawberry butter, which is strawberries, butter, a little bit of powdered sugar and vanilla, it goes well together. Again, this is Angie from Angie's Southern Kitchen, and you just learned how to make sweet bread.
