Hi, my name is Jessi Andricks and I'm here at the Yoga Loft In Summerville, South Carolina. And today I'm here to show you what are some cardio exercises you can do for a flat stomach. So running and walking are great overall cardio exercises that we hear a lot about. And those are great for burning fat all over the whole body. Some exercises that you can do at home really easily that also burn a lot of fat and give you a flat stomach are exercises such as a squat or a plie. So you can start with the hands on the hips. And you want to feel the belly button drawing in to the spine so the abs stay engaged to support the rest of the body. And then bend the knees and come up. So you can start with this and this will give you a pretty good cardio burn. But to increase that a little bit more you can start to add the arms. So you can reach up and press down. And as you add these big muscle groups and you keep the core supported you have that cardio burn. But then you also have that toning component that flattens the stomach. So you can do this for about a minute or two. Or if longer, you can always do that as well. So you reach the arms up and then you just take it down.
