Hi, my name is Jamie Levine from chefjamielevine.com, and today I'm going to show you how to make baked, blanched broccoli with bread crumbs. Say that three times fast. So to start I have some already blanched broccoli. I have it spread on a sheet tray with a little bit of parchment paper so it doesn't stick. And I'm going to go ahead and just sprinkle it with some finely shredded white cheddar cheese. And just you don't have to be perfect there's no science behind this. But that's going to go into the oven about 425 degrees, five minutes or so. I have one already ready. So this is the way it's going to turn out. I actually like it when it gets the little golden crispies around the edge. And to finish it I'm just going to take some fresh bread crumbs. Sprinkle it over and because I am such a great hostess this is how I serve my guest. It is a wonderful side dish, a wonderful weeknight meal. Thank you for watching. I'm Jamie Levine.
