Hi, guys, I'm Adam Taki, the co-founder of Amazing Taste Food Seasonings and the author of "Spice It Up." Do you know what you're having for dinner tonight? I've got a suggestion, ho does chicken and artichokes in cream sauce sound? It only takes about five minutes, we're doing right now. I've got a nice, big skillet, I've heated it on a medium-high temperature. And what I've done, I've just taken one pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cut it into nice bite size, that way, it'll cook fast, it'll cook evenly. And we're just browning our chicken right now and I've used one tablespoon of butter, you can always use olive oil as well, if you're really health conscientious, like I know most of you are, out there, I know, I am. But butter's good once in a while. O.k., now let's season our chicken while we're browning it, and you could use whatever seasonings you want. But I've got a suggestion for you, Amazing Taste Chicken Seasoning, it's all natural and it has all those wonderful seasonings blended perfectly in one little packet. And the seasoning just gives the chicken such a wonderful, wonderful natural rich Country chicken flavor and just really compliments this dish so, so, so well. O.k., so, let's just give this a nice, quick toss, quick stir and let's finish this dish, o.k. So, I'm going to add one can of artichoke hearts with the sauce, add that in. I'm going to turn the heat up a little bit more, a little higher. Let's add in half a pound of sliced baby bellas, and get all those in there. And how about a little, fourth of a teaspoon of oregano flakes, a fourth teaspoon of garlic powder and then, we have our big finale, the cream sauce. Let's add in a half a cup of cream sauce, then let's just add in the rest of our Amazing Taste Chicken Seasoning in this packet. And it'll just really help finish this off and just give it a real, nice, warm, natural chicken flavor. And this dish is going to be so good, it serves so well over pasta, over rice, it's just such a wonderful dish and I love cooking it whenever I have friends over. Because it just reminds them of eating out at a restaurant, even though they're sitting right there in my living room, enjoying this dish. Guys, stir this up for about five minutes, turn it up as, turn it up to a nice high temperature, high, medium-high, just reduce the liquid down.
