Hi, guys, I'm Adam Taki, the co-founder of Amazing Taste Food Seasonings and the author of "Spice It Up." Tequila marinated chicken fajitas, they will take an already exciting night and make it a hundred times better, they're so quick, let's get started. I've got one pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts right here, I've cut it into nice, thin slices. That just helps the fajitas cook faster, cook more evenly and just, after we season it, help it just pop with that oomph of flavor that we're looking for. O.k., let's add in our bell peppers, I've got one small red, I've cut into thin slices, I've got one small white onion , and one green bell pepper, it was a small one and I've sliced it into thin slices and we'll just add it in. O.k., o.k., let's now put a little olive oil, about a tablespoon, a tablespoon of olive oil right into our bowl. And now, let's season our fajitas, because that's going to give it the flavor we want. And you could use whatever season mix you want, you could make your own blend, that does take time and there is a science to making seasonings. And I leave it to Amazing Taste Fajita Seasoning. This seasoning, it's all natural and has all those wonderful spices and herbs packed into this one, quick, convenient packet, garlic, onion, a little touch of salt. Just add this in, one packet and then, the big boom, that's what we're looking for, and that's the tequila. So, right here, use whatever tequila you've got at home, and I'm going to put anywhere from three-fourths of a cup to a half a cup, depending how much boom you're looking for. So, I'm going to add in half a cup you know, half a cup. And then, I've got to have a shot myself, the chef always has to have a shot, if he's making tequila marinated fajitas, ooh, that was a good one. But it's going to taste even better on them, fajitas. O.k., guys, five minutes of cooking time, that's all this is going to take. So, I'm just going to give it a quick stir and since we marinating, o.k., you could marinate this for as long as you want. From five minutes, marinate it in your refrigerator, from five minutes to overnight. The longer you let it marinate for, the more depth of rich, hearty flavor the fajitas are going to have. The more all the spices and herbs are just going to penetrate and, and settle into the ingredients. Anyway, we're going to just cook this up really quick. Now, my pan heated on medium-high temperature, just put a tablespoon of olive oil right here. And let's add it into our pan and all it is about five minutes, quick saute and they'll be ready to enjoy these things. They're going to be so delicious, you're just going to love them, your friends are going to love them. And guys, thank you so much for watching, I'm Adam Taki.
