Hi, guys. I'm Adam Taki, the co-founder of Amazing Taste food seasonings and the author of "Spice It Up." How to cook cod. It's a breeze to make and if you follow these steps you'll earn five stars every time. I got two beautiful pieces of cod right here. Fresh cod. And I'm just going to season both sides using Amazing Taste Seafood Seasoning. I love this seasoning because it has a such a really rich natural butter flavor. There's also a terrific natural lemon flavor and wonderful other spices and herbs that just really help make this cod just pop with such big flavor. This cod you are just going to love it. It's just it's going to be so good, it's going to be so elegant. And it's just such a wonderful elegant fish to make for your friends if you really want to show off and earn yourself five stars. We got my nice skillet here, nice large skillet. I've heated it on a medium-high temperature. And I've just added one tablespoon of olive oil. And I'm just going to cook my cod for about three to four minutes per side. Just depending on how thick your fillets are.
