Hi, my name is Emmanuel Osuyah. I am Principal at the Farmers Insurance Group and I'm a Certified Insurance Counselor. Let's talk about how to get mortgage insurance leads. First of all, what is mortgage insurance? Mortgage insurance is an insurance policy you can purchase for the lender to be reimbursed in the case that the borrower defaults on the loan. When I think about purchasing leads, any kind of leads, I go to three sources. The first one is Census Bureau. It gives me a lot of information about what I'm looking to purchase, right. The next one is USA Data. They control a lot of information and I can purchase, I purchase leads from them. The third one I would recommend is InfoUSA, also known as Salesgenie, it's a great place to purchase leads. More than just purchasing leads, what I would say is more important is the management of the leads. You have to have a system in place with how you manage how those leads are processed, how you follow up with them, the call backs to make sure that those leads actually turn into dollars.
