Hi, I'm T. Cooper, I'm a New York City makeup artist, hairstylist and co-founder of Beauty and Grooming Company, Metro Look. Hey, today, we're going to talk about urban hairstyles for men. So, one of my favorite urban men, some of my favorite urban men should I say, because I'm using plural, are the street dancers and the guys in the dance crews. And I love the way that they wear their hair, when it's going this way and that way, and this way and that way. So, we're going to transform my lovely model here into a America's best dance crew contestant. So, for this, we're going to need good, old-fashioned styling wax because it really allows you to manipulate the hair and it gives it a really piecey, cool texture. So, what we're going to do, is I'm going to put a generous amount and a generous amount actually of styling wax, is a quarter amount. This is a lot, this is a hell of a lot, you don't need much more than this. So, I'm going to warm it up, just pat it through his hair. And already you see, the styling wax has just started to break his hair up, it's getting it really piecey and it's making it, so that I can manipulate it any kind of way that I want to. So, I'm going to go in with a comb first and then, I'm going to finger through it. So, I'm going to comb all of his hair, going forward, in the front, in the back I'm just going to comb it in the back. So, I'm just combing it forward, front, combing it back in the back, combing the sides out to the side, pretty much the way hair, his hair goes. Now, I'm going to go in with my fingers, and I'm going to wreck it and I'm going to pull it over there, and I'm going to leave some of that there. I don't know why the dance crew guys leave a little bit in the front, but I'm going to leave a little bit in the front and I'll some over here. And I'm going to go back and put some over there, and I'm going to put a little bit going forward like that. And then, the back, I'm going to bring some of the back to the front. And some of this in the back, I'm going to bring it to the front too, even though this is going back, they're going to like meet right here. And he looks really nice and tough and street, right about that, bam. I'm T. Cooper and thank you for watching, bye.
