Hello, my name is Josiah Rea. I'm going to demonstrate a program that's very similar to Powerpoint for the PC and this is if you can't afford Powerpoint which many of us can't and this program is called OpenOffice and it actually is portable across almost any platform and in fact in even Linux it usually comes free with and if we look inside of OpenOffice here it's got this presentation part of it that if we start it up, is almost exactly like Powerpoint. Now it's going to give us a few options here. I'm going to create my presentation from a template and we're just going to go through these steps very quickly. I kind of like the look of the blue lines with the gradient and it will give you several options to choose from putting your own name and titles and everything into it and these are the pages I've chosen to allow it to create for me. I'm just going to click create. So you can see you've got your slides on the left. You've got your preview pane in the middle and you've got all the controls that you could possibly ask for. It's exactly like Powerpoint. So I hope this helps you out creating presentations without having to get Powerpoint. I'm Josiah Rea.
