Hi, my name is Christina, with DomesticFelicity.com. And today, I’m going to talk about how to transfer a baby from a crib to a cot. Unless your baby is a newborn, you really don’t want them laying on a cot to sleep or to play – it becomes pretty unsafe. Even if your baby isn’t mobile, they can start to turn over without you even realizing it, and be able to work themselves into a dangerous position. If you’re transferring them from something back into their crib, the crib is a great place to sleep and to nap, and even to play if you need them to be able to be safe while you’re getting something done. Transferring a baby is really easy. You just want to make sure that you’re gentle, support their head and their rear end, lift them gently, and then place them into a safe place to either sleep or play. Thanks so much for watching.
