When it comes to jeans you want to get Spanx that are shorts built into it so then it could go all the way down the leg of your jeans and you can feel comfortable because it's also smoothing out your legs as well as get it where it's high waist, maybe about under your breastbone so it can even help to elongate and smooth out your stomach area.
