Hi, my name is Amber Morrow of Amber Morrow artistry, and today I'll be showing you how to style scene hair. There's many different ways to do scene hair. It's all pretty much about personal creativity. So what we're going to do on our model it's just going to be pretty basic. What we're going to start off doing is a deep side part here on her hair and just swooping her hair over and we want this part to lay down as smooth as possible. So we're actually going to use our flat iron. We're going to go in and flat iron this down. And then we're going to just also go around her perimeter of her ends and make sure there's no curls. Just so we get really straight bone straight hair. So pull your flat iron through. And also don't forget to use a heat protector. This type of hair style usually uses a lot of heat. You want to make sure that your hair stays as healthy as possible. So pull that through. What we've also done is add a little bit of height in the back of her hair here. So this is super slicked down it will make this look even more like a little bit of teasing in there. So then we'll go around and grab any other curls that we see in her hair. And I've seen so many different variations of this. What you can do also is cut your hair in to shorter layers around the front. So shorter layers here, and they get a little bit longer in the back. You can also take it and wear it to a side or add a ponytail if you're out dancing at a show or something like that and you really don't want your hair in your face or in the way.
