Life can be overwhelming, there are lots of curve balls Things get complicated but before you get too overwhelmed take a breath and listen. You’ve got questions we’ve got answers. A little guidance just might go a long way. When dealing with life’s biggest moments we could all use a little simple advice. So we’re really excited now that we have our new place but we don’t know what to do, should we spend money painting the walls, should we buy new furniture, should we spend money on exterior projects like the landscaping? What do you recommend that we tackle next? Well this is obviously going to be very personal to the both of you but before you do any major remodeling projects I recommend just to start small, so for example you can buy a throw pillow in a certain color and make sure you like that color in the room before you decide to paint the entire wall that specific color. That’s a good idea. ‘Cause a lot of times we paint a wall and then we’re not happy with it. If you’re renting just make sure that you’re aware, if you paint a wall chances are you’re going to have to paint it back to the original color when you decide to leave, and you also might want to check with your landlord and just make sure there’s no restrictions with wall paint. But then I don’t know if we should do all the rooms you know at once. I don’t know if we should just kinda tackle one room at a time. Just go slowly. Room by room is usually best that way you feel like you’re completing your projects and nothing’s just in limbo or you have five rooms that are unfinished. Right. That’s my nightmare, is that I start on every single room and then none of them get done. I would start a list and just figure out which room you want to decorate first or remodel first and then budget out accordingly. That makes sense. We envision like getting rid of old furniture and she’s dying for me to get rid of this one chair, I really don’t want to but it doesn’t work with the décor and it’s a new place and we want it to look nice when we have friends over. You know if you’re thinking about ways to create more space you can always sell some of your current furniture and then use some of that money to buy the new furniture that you want. Yea so you might want to find the new chair first before you get rid of your current chair, that way you’ll feel a lot more comfortable with selling your baby it sounds like. Our friend uh just had horror situation with his move a couple weeks ago. Oh no.
