Hi! I’m Mariko. Today, I’m going to show you how to make oven apple brie quesadillas. I absolutely love quesadillas, but there’s so much more that you can do with them besides the traditional white or yellow cheese. Today, I’m going to make some gourmet quesadillas that the whole family will love. To get started, I have a parchment-lined baking sheet. Then, I’m going to put my tortilla on the baking sheet. On one half of the tortilla, I’m going to put some thinly sliced brie. Don’t put it too close to the edges, because the brie is going to melt a lot because of the high cream content. Then, I’m going to add some thinly sliced apples. Now, I am just going to fold it over and spray it with some olive oil spray. You could use a canola oil, an olive oil, sometimes they already come pre-done in the misters. I absolutely love using one of these olive oil misters because you can get that same fried texture on all your baked goods, but with a lot less fat and calories. So, I’m just going to give it a nice spray. Then, I’m going to bake it at a 450 degree oven for about five minutes. Make sure to watch it closely, because you do not want it to burn. After about five to seven minutes, your oven apple brie quesadilla will be gold browned perfection. Now, it’s ready to serve.
