Hi there, I'm Alina Z, Holistic Health Coach and Raw Food Chef. And I'm sharing my Z tips for a lighter tiramisu. We're going to make it really quick and easy. And the first tip, the Z tip I want to share with you, is using ladyfingers instead of angel food cake. Because they're easier to have portion control on them. We will have these French made ladyfingers, because they don't use genetically modified flour in France. So, I prefer to use this one. And then, we have some high quality coffee, that we will soak these ladyfingers in. We will also need some Greek coconut yogurt, we'll have a teaspoon of agave, a teaspoon of vanilla, some stevia and some real cacao powder. So, we'll begin by soaking the ladyfingers, and you can soak them for a longer time, if you'd like, depends on how moist you want your tiramisu to be. And the key here is, the Z tip here, making sure you use high quality coffee. You want to give your dessert a really good flavor without the extra calories. So, we'll set these aside while they're soaking. We are going to mix our Greek yogurt with some vanilla and some agave and stevia. I'm using this coconut yogurt because it has a lot of fiber, and fiber will slow down the release of sugars into your blood. This coconut yogurt is also less in calories, that, let's say, like Mascarpone cheese or cream cheese or sour cream would have. And because it's coconut, non-dairy, it doesn't have any cholesterol. So, what can be lighter than that, right. We have some, we want the vanilla to be liquid here, because it will mix better. And then, to add some more sweetness, I use stevia and this is an organic stevia. I use about half a teaspoon, maybe quarter teaspoon. We want to make sure that it is sweet and you don't want to use just stevia. Otherwise it'll have that you know, artificial flavor, too much, even though stevia is not artificial, it's all natural. So, you want to put a little bit of this texture first on the bottom, so you have a little bit of a smoother surface to work with, instead of the dip. And then, we'll put our ladyfingers right here on the bottom. And we will go ahead and layer with some more yogurt, and we'll alternate yogurt and ladyfingers layers. I'll decorate it with a strawberry slice and a little bit of mint. So, we'll make it nice and festive and we can dig in, oh, my gosh, I'm salivating here. So, here's to your health and remember, you want to look and feel fabulous. Make sure you eat fabulous food, natural, healthy, fabulous food. Cheers to your health, until later.
