Hi, I'm Rachael Prendergast, a certified health coach out of Chicago, Illinois, and today we are going to be making a healthy snack with apples and cheese. You'll need crackers, slices of cheese, and thin apple slices. What we are going to do is take our cracker, grab your slice of cheese. And you are going to want to cut it into fourths. And you can do it with the wrapper on so you don't have to have your fingers all in the cheese. You are going to unwrap it. Put it on the cracker. Take one of your apple slices and also cut that into fourths. And then we are going to place a little piece of the apple on top of that. And then we are going to take ground cinnamon and sprinkle it over the top. And you can eat your snack just like this or you could stick it in the microwave for about 20 seconds if you want your cheese melted. Another healthy snack that you could do is just slices of apple with cottage cheese. I hope you enjoyed learning about this recipe. Again, my name is Rachael Prendergast.
