Hi, I'm Rebecca Mink from Mink Shoes, and I'm here to show you how to quiet loud high heel shoes. We all like attention but we don't want attention for the wrong things. Clampering across the room with loud high heels is not a cute thing. So one of the ways that you can stop this from happening if you have some time you can pick up these pads which also add traction and take away some of the sound especially from wood shoes or shoes that might have a platform base. If you don't have time to pick up a pad that can go on the bottom of the shoe, you could also use just tape, maybe you can put some tape on the bottom of the shoe that can kind of soften the blow a little bit and one other thing is if you can walk in your shoes properly, that helps a lot. So whether you are wearing a stiletto heel, a platform heel or even a wedge heel. You can practice in your house and find a way that you can walk, just stand straight up tall and walk with your feet very level instead of one and then the other and you'll see you can get really good at walking in heels and not making a lot of noise.
