Are you looking for ways to get your eight year old to chat a little bit more, maybe some fun games? Let's talk about some things that we can do to get these eight-year-olds just chatting away. Hi, we're Tom and Kisher Maher with Hailey's House. Figuring out a great conversational game for a group of eight-year-olds is a perfect way to get them to talking. Oh, absolutely. You want them to start learning how to have conversations at a young age and how to bring up good questions. How can they do that? Good question. A great way to do that is to get a mixing bowl and get a bunch of little pieces of scrap paper, write questions down, fold them up, throw them in and have the kids pick the questions out of the bowl. Oh, that sounds like so much fun. Make it age appropriate, something really fun like, If you were an animal, what kind of animal would you be? And if you would rather eat worms or go swim in a swamp. Absolutely. And for little girls you could say, If you could be any kind of princess, what kind of princess would you be? What it's going to do is it's going to get their imagination going and it's going to get them really talking and having a conversation with other children. Again, we're Tom and Kisha Maher, founders of Hailey's House.
