Today, I'm going to talk to you about how to take care of a wavy perm hair style. A perm is when you go to the beauty salon, some people do it at home and you get a chemical and you role your hair up into little curls and you put the chemical on your hair and you let it set, and then when you take it on down you've got curls. A lot of girls who don't have curly hair or maybe their hair is in between straight and curly, they do it because they want to have curls all the time. A lot of times when you have perms when you wash your hair and you let it air dry, that curl just comes in because that's what you told your hair to do. So it's a good option if you want to get some volume. My model right here, she has a perm in her hair and it's a gorgeous way to get some nice curls going on in your hair. But maintaining it is very very simple although people think it's really hard. To maintain your perm, all you need to do is keep your hair moisturized. Condition, condition, condition. Whenever you put a chemical on your hair to alter its texture, you're doing a really dramatic process to your hair. And you need to make sure you baby your hair.
