Hi, I'm Lindsey Smith, Creator of foodmoodgirl.com. And today, I'm going to show you how to make a smoothie using Greek yogurt, frozen raspberries and dark chocolate. In order to make this recipe, you'll need the following ingredients: one banana, one cup of frozen raspberries, three fourths of cup of filtered water, a half a cup of plain Greek yogurt and one ounce of dark chocolate. Simply combine these ingredients in the blender, blend for one to two minutes on medium power and always start with your water base. So, we're going to start now with our three fourths cup water and we're going to just add it to the blender. The three main ingredients in this recipe have tons of nutritional benefits. The Greek yogurt is great for digestion and also high in protein. The raspberries are great refreshing sweet flavor, so it helps curb those sweet cravings you may find yourself having. And the chocolate is pumped with antioxidants. This smoothie is great for not only a late afternoon pick-me-up, but you can also have it as a delicious dessert.
