Hi, I'm Lindsey Smith, creator of foodmoodgirl.com, and today I'm going to show you a quick and easy way to make a protein pumpkin shake. This quick and easy protein pumpkin shake has just six ingredients. You have 1 banana, a half a cup of canned pumpkin, 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, three fourth a cup almond milk,1 tablespoon honey and one teaspoon pure vanilla extract. This recipe is super easy, just add the six ingredients into the blender and blend for about 1 to 2 minutes on medium and you can enjoy. When you're making this recipe you want to start with the liquid as the base so first we're going to pour in the almond milk. So now we'll blend and enjoy. Now all the ingredients are blended. If you want a thicker consistency you can always add a handful of ice, but if not you can go ahead and pour it and enjoy.
