Hi, I'm Lindsey Smith, Creator of, and today I'm going to show you how some healthy alternatives to bagels and cream cheese. So, if you have an upcoming event or function where you need a healthy alternative to bagels and cream cheese, I'm going to show you three of those today. The first one is a fruit and yogurt parfait bar. You can setup the bar as, however you like and it can include anything from granola, nuts, seeds, dried fruits like raisins or cranberries and of course, yogurt. This is great because your guests can actually pick out what toppings that they love most. So, they can take a little bowl around and they can fill it with some, some yogurt and they can fill it however much they want. And you can have different flavors; this is a plain yogurt, but you can also have vanilla yogurt, strawberry yogurt, really have some different varieties for your guests. They can put a little granola on it, maybe add some seeds, some sunflower seeds, some peanuts and maybe a few raisins. This is a great way to provide a high protein and a high fiber nutrient-dense meal in the morning. So, a fruit and yogurt parfait bars are great, but so are smoothie bars. Smoothies are a great way to incorporate all the nutrients in one meal. This maybe a little bit more involved because you may actually have to hire or bring someone to volunteer to have the smoothie bar up and running, but it's great because you can have fresh ingredients with a multitude of flavors. For example, here we have a raspberry smoothie, a chocolate smoothie, a green smoothie and a pumpkin smoothie. This is a great creative touch you can add to your next even or function. And lastly, we have granola bars. And granola bars are great for your guests because they can eat them immediately or they can have them later on as a snack.
