Hi, this is Thai Yin with Gaslamp Media. In this episode we're gonna show you how to change the owner of all nodes in Drupal. In this demonstration we'll be using the latest version of Drupal, Drupal 7 which you can get at Drupal.org. We'll also need the Views module and the Views Bulk Operations module. In our example here you'll see that we have 3 pages created by the author John. What we want to do is to change them all to user gaslamp. What you want to do is create a new view. To get there go to Structure, Views, and then Add a New View, give it a title and then under the display format change Unformatted list to Table. Scroll down to the bottom and hit Continue & edit. After the page reloads, under the Fields section click on add, and then Bulk Operations Content, scroll down and hit Apply and choose the Selected Bulk Operations that you want. In this case we want to Change the author of content, scroll down to the bottom and hit Apply and then save your page. To view the results, click on view page, select each of the links that you want to change and then go under Operations and then Change the author of content then click execute. From here click the new Username, in this case gaslamp and then hit Next and then hit Confirm. To view the results go back under the Contents section and you'll see that all the authors have now been changed to user gaslamp. In this episode we showed you how to change the owner of all nodes in Drupal. I hope you find this useful, again this is Thai Yin with Gaslamp Media. Thanks for watching.
