Hi, this is Sway Fitt with swayfitt.com; that's s-w-a-y-f-i-t-t. And we are going to be doing a total body workout with dumbbells. So, the first thing we're going to do is we're going to work the arms. We're going to do some hammer curls and I'll demonstrate one before we go through it, working the biceps; we're going to go through some kickbacks, working the triceps; we're going to do some walking lunges, we're going to do some up downs, working the shoulders, legs and it's also a cardio movement. And lastly, we're going to do some plank rows, working our core and our back in this position here. Alright. "Are you ready, Ingrid?" "Yes." Let's do some hammer curls. Alright, let's do some kickbacks, alright. We're going to bend over, elbows up, look up, alright, here we go. That's one, two, three, good, keep going. That looks good. Alright, let's do some cardio and get our shoulders in too. These are up down, so I want to make sure that you are shoulder width apart with your feet, you're going to lead with your butt. So, that means your butt drops first. So, if this is as far as you can go without bending over, that's fine. Stand up and then press up. Alright. "You're ready?" "Yes." Let's do it. One, two, three. Good, we're going to pick up the pace where we get some cardio in there. Good. Looks good. Our next exercise, we're going to do some plank rows, working the core and working our back at the same time. Good. Position looks good. Alright, let's work in one hand and then we're going to work the other one, okay. Alright. Let's do it. One, two. Good. Switch sides. "Nice job, Ingrid." Let's finish this off with some walking lunges. She's going to demonstrate with no weight and have the weight. Alright, we're going to take a large step and press up through the heel. "You're ready?"
