Hey there. My name is Jay Jones, Celebrity Peak Performance Coach and Fitness Minister, and today we're going to demonstrate the best hamstring exercises for plyometrics. Now, plyometric simply means to get up and down. So, what we're going to do is demonstrate an exercise that get your heart rate going at the same time maximizes the use of those hamstrings. This is called a Jack In The Box Squat. You want to bring the feet together, chest up, shoulders down and back. We jump up and we're down. As you can see, we're working on those quadriceps and hamstrings and then we pop straight up. We go down and up. Down and up. My name is Jay Jones, Celebrity Peak Performance Coach and Fitness Minister and those, and that is one great exercise you can do to work your hamstrings through plyometrics.
