Welcome back to the Cave Camp. I'm Coach PJ at CPJ Fitness in San Diego, California. And today, I'm going to show you an exercise on how to slim and tone your legs, your hips and your butt. Okay, here's a great exercise where you use your own body weight to tone and slim your hips, your legs and your butt. You're going to get on all four. Everything in alignment, hands underneath the shoulders, knees in line with the hips. All you're going to do is you're going to hike your knee into the chest with a bent knee and then hip extend with the knee bent and you're taking the top of the foot to the ceiling. And you're just going to drive it just like this. This works the whole leg, the hip, the thighs and the gluts. Then, you're going to alternate into this position and flare the leg out, and this will work the adductors and abductors for the hip. So again, the gluts, inner thigh muscles. outer thigh muscles. And we just caulking the leg out, we call this fire hydrants where you just pop the leg out and bring it back in. Those are two excellent movements to isolate the while leg, not a weight-bearing, you're using your own body weight. Good luck.
