Hi, my name is Coach PJ at CPJ Fitness in San Diego, California. And today, we're going to show you the bent-knee push-up. Okay, here's your bent-knee push-up. Here's your standard, where you're up on your toes; the only difference you're going to do is you're going to drop down to your knees, keep your back straight, hands underneath the shoulders and you're going to go straight down. And there's your bent-knee push-up. Standard is this way, bent knee is just bending the knee, bringing it down, breath and bring it back up. That's it. That is your bent-knee push up. Once again, I'm Coach PJ at CPJ Fitness and I just showed you how to do a bent-knee push-up.
