Hi, I'm Teca Thompson, Farm-to-Table Chef, and today we're talking about how to cut an orange lengthwise. This is pretty simple, but I'm gonna give you a little demonstration. So I've chosen a ripe navel orange, and I've washed, even though you don't eat the rind of an orange, it's always good to wash all your fruit when it comes into your house. So I'm just gonna take it to my cutting board, and I have my serrated knife. I'm just going to half the orange, lengthwise, and then half the half into quarters, and then again. And you have these beautiful lengthwise slices of orange that are great for just eating on their own, or putting on the side of drinks, or whatever you like. As you can see, lengthwise oranges. I'm chef Teca Thompson, and that is how to cut an orange lengthwise. Thank you for watching.
