Howdy, y'all. What's going on? It's Chelsea Silverman, here at Juiceateria, and now is going to be something very special, rhubarb. We don't see it a lot, it's not really in season a lot but it is so good for you and it's pretty tasty. You would think it's like a vegetable and like disgusting but it has like a nice sweet flavor. So here we have it. I'm going to go throw some in our juicer and juice it up. Typically it's good to add into a juice like a green juice or whatever kind of juice you want because it has a lot of benefits and you don't want too much to make like a whole juice out of it but I'll show you what I've got. I'm going to hold on to this cup. It doesn't look too sturdy. And here it is, just fresh rhubarb juice, straight up, enjoy. Again I personally would add it to juices of any kind but feel free to do what you want. There are no rules when it comes to juicing. Just have fun with it.
