Hi guys, Chelsea Silverman here at Juiceateria. And I am the Health Director on staff here and I do a lot of the Raw Food and I want to show you how to do a raw juice made with grapes. So, we're going to make this raw juice with grapes without mashing the grapes. So, instead of the old days stomping your feet and mashing grapes, we're just going to go ahead and put it in the Vitamix and let it do all the work. And I have here some little additions to make it a nice flavor of grape juice. I have some vanilla flavor and a drop or two of Stevia will do the trick. So, let's get started. We'll go ahead, excuse me, and take our Vitamix and take our grapes and pour them in. Boom! And then, we'll go ahead and take our vanilla flavor and pour that in. Just a little drop of vanilla flavor is going to give it some awesome flavor sensations going on in your mouth. And last, almost last, we'll add a drop or two of Stevia, all natural from a plant, so you know it's good for you. Of course from the earth, you got to have it. And lastly, I'm going to add some filtered water. This again, will get some nice liquid consistency going on in that Vitamix with those grapes, with that vanilla, with the Stevia, ummm, delicious. So, let's get it roll in. Don't put too much water, about eight ounces is pretty good. So, this looks like some nice grape juice to me. Again, you can add more water if you want to, especially if you just don't drink a lot of water during the day, it's a good way to get water into your body without having to chug water all day long. And what I'm going to do is add it to this cup of water because I didn't drink a lot of water today and I think I need some more in my daily intake for the day. And because I added the vanilla and the Stevia it will help with the sweetness, so it should go down pretty easy. Ummm, that is really good. Again, I have some skin residue in here, which is fine, at least you know it's all natural. But, if you wanted to get rid of that, you could keep it in the Vitamix for a little bit longer, turn it up a little bit more and you can even add more liquid to it and that will help get all of the skin completely done for you. So, here you have it, your grape juice from my head to yours. Go try it, it's super good and have a great day.
