Hey there. My name is Jay Jones, celebrity peak performance coach and fitness minister, and today I'm going to demonstrate an exercise that are strictly for abdominals for large men. Now, most exercises, of course for abdominals, are going to try to focus and concentrate just on the abdominal area. Which is good and bad. Because what we want to do is burn overall fat. Burn overall calories. So one of the best ways that we can do that is to engage a full body exercise. So we're still going to primarily utilize the core to help make this exercise happen but it's also going to benefit the entire body. Let me show you what I mean. This exercise is very simple. It's called the "get up and get down". Let me show you what it looks like. All we're going to do is just ease ourselves down. If you're a very large man you can go as slow as you need to, to get down, then you lay flat down on your back. Now, we're going to recruit the arms and we're going to recruit the core to help get us up to this point. Then use your arms to push your body weight back straight up. Alright? We're going to do it again. We're going to go down, lay flat, use the core to get up, then you use your hands. One more time, down, all the way down on your back, use your core, and then pop up.
