Hey there. My name is Jay Jones, celebrity peak performance coach and fitness minister, and today I'm going to demonstrate one fantastic exercise for the abdominals for peddlers. So peddlers, peddlers, peddlers, people who peddle, people who work out, people who do a lot of fantastic things that utilize the core. I'm going to demonstrate one fantastic exercise that's going to hit the upper body, the core, and the lower body all in one fell swoop. What we're going to do is we're going to reach for our resistance band. We're going to throw ourselves off balance intentionally. We're going to put the left leg forward, right leg back, we're going to somewhat go down into a semi-squat. We're going to step back to add more resistance to our band. The first move is a bicep curl. We curl the back right to the chin, then we kick back, tighten the core and we fly straight back. So it's a curl, kick back, curl, kick back, curl, kick back. As we every time we move we're putting the pressure on the quadriceps to keep us nice and balanced and we're tightening the core to keep us upright. Do the same thing on the other leg, arms up, kick back, tighten the core and up, still dropping down, putting the pressure right on the quad, Boom, building those strong powerful legs and building the power from the core.
