This is Leroy with Relentless Performance, and I'm going to show you some shoulder exercises that you can do with a 15 kilo barbell. A couple really good shoulder exercises to do with a 45 pound barbell, is a front shoulder raise. What you've got to do is space your hands on the bar, inside ridges, thumb width apart, curl them over, shoulders back, abs tight, knees slightly bent, straight arms. You're going to take the bar straight out and overhead. In this position you're going to slowly lower it the same way you brought it up. It's a great exercise to work the top, back part of the shoulders and all your supportive muscles and tissues. Another good exercise for shoulders is just a basic push press. Hands shoulder width apart on the bar, abs tight and active, knees slightly. From here you're just going to push it straight up over your head. From there you're going to lower it and up, try to isolate the shoulder movement as much as possible. If you are working a little heavy, you can use a little leg drive to get this up.
