Hey, this is Leroy here with Relentless Performance. I'm going to show you a way to do some unique stretches on a physio ball. Here's a couple good stretches for you to use on a physio ball. Getting in a good seated position, back on your heels as far as you can, some people can't, some people will be like this, grab the sides of the ball, walk the ball out to a good prayer position, let your body drop down between the ball, in between your arms. For this position, you're going to put one hand on the floor. You're just going to walk the ball over, try to keep your body as centered as possible. You're going to feel a stretch down the top of the shoulder, down your side to the lat, walk back up to the middle and then steer right back over to the other side. Another great exercise, sit on the ball, you're going to walk yourself down the ball, all thew ay to the floor. You're going to reach your hands up over your head, then you're just going to walk yourself back over the ball, let your head fall to the ball, reach, touch the ground behind you and then slowly walk right back up into your starting position. Do that, free up your back. You're going to feel great, open up your upper body. It's a great exercise.
