Hey, this is Madison Chase, and today we are going to be talking about doing leg exercises with ankle weights. So the first exercise we are going to do, I'm going to turn to the side. Just really a leg extension or a leg curl. So you are going to take your leg, I want you to not, get it a little bit past parallel. So it's already in a little bit of a flexion mode. And all you are going to do is bring your heel, you can see my hamstring flexing, to your butt. And then you are going to extend it. That's the first move. So beginners eight to ten again. Intermediate 10 to 15 still using those abs as much as you can. Advanced 15 to 20. And your ankle weight could weigh anymore between three to ten pounds. That's the first exercise. Next exercise all I want you to do is take that same leg and you are going to kick it back for me. So it's still in flexion, my hamstring is on fire right now. You are going to kick it back still using those abs. Same reps, eight to ten for beginners, ten to fifteen intermediate, fifteen to twenty advanced. Last exercise that leg is on a diagonal. All I want you to do is lift that leg up. That really hurts right about now. So we have our three mostly hamstring exercises leg curls for your legs and ankle weights. I'm Madison Chase and thank you for joining me.
