Hi, superheroes in training. Beautasia here, the world's first superhero of beauty with Hollywoodbeautiful. Today I'm going to teach you about foods that make your skin soft and smooth. First we have Vitamin A, carrots and kale. I love this. I juice this every morning, vitamin A is vital for cellular regeneration. Then we have Vitamin B which can be found in bananas. It's great for circulation and stimulating the skin. Vitamin C, we find that in oranges. Oranges are perfect for a high dose of Vitamin C because that's going to protect your skin cells and every superhero needs a shield of protection and finally amino acids. Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins so you can find amino acids in seaweed. So I tell my clients if they have damaged skin, to eat a lot of seaweed.
