Hi, my name is Claire Coleman. I'm a Hairstylist, and I'm going to show you how to help with limp grey hair. Grey hair tends to be a little bit on the limp and thin side, so it also can be a little bit on the wiry side. As you grow older your hair texture changes and it can be problematic for people who want to keep their style. So, one of my favorite suggestions is to use a collagen thickening spray or anything that has collagen in it. It's really going to pump up the cuticle of the hair and just thicken it and just make sure, make it more luxurious. I'm using this one, it's really great, you can just spray it right on. It also has a heat protectant in it. So, we're just going to spray the lengths of the hair, starting at the root, three spritz should do if you have long hair, you can use as much as you need. And just work your fingers through, kind of like a scissor motion like here, just kind of pressing it through. And if you want to use tools on your hair, you can do that; you can use a blow-dryer and just kind of blast this little area here and it will leave you with a little bit more volume. And the collagen is really going to help to pump up that hair cuticle and just bring a little bit more life back into your hair. You can also use dry shampoos and that will kind of help take out any extra oil that might be weighing your hair down and it will just help to build up your hair from the root. My name is Claire Coleman, I'm a Hairstylist and I just told you how to help with limp grey hair.
