Hi, I'm Karen Palacios-Jansen from KPJgolf.com. I'm going to show you how to develop strength in your elbow joint. The elbow joint is very important because it helps extend and flex your elbow. Many people experience pain and stiffness in their elbow and that condition is usually called tennis elbow. So you want to strengthen that joint to help avoid that condition. Here is an exercise using a kettlebell to help you strengthen your joint. Using a kettlebell will help decrease the stress that you put on your elbow joint. Do this exercise to prevent injury.
