Hi, I'm Michelle Dudash, Author of Clean Eating for Busy Families. And today, I'm going to show you how to make raspberry and mango salad. Mangoes are a super fruit, bursting with antioxidants and over 20 different vitamins and minerals. So, the ingredients in this salad; first, we have a bowl of beautiful spring mix. And then the ingredients for then, the salad include diced mangoes, raspberries, blue cheese, agave nectar, red wine vinegar and a pinch of salt. So, first, we just add this ingredients to the bowl and the agave nectar just adds a touch of sweetness, enough to balance out that red wine vinegar. So, the dressing is super simple. And then, we drizzle in our olive oil. So, sometimes, less is more when it comes to a salad and in this is a great example of that. Then, we just toss this altogether. And mangoes by the way, they're available year round which makes them a great ingredient for salads any day of the week. Alright. And then we just plate this. Now, I'm using spring green because you have those nice hues in there; you have the purple, you have the green, you have different shades of greens, so that looks, looks really nice. Alright, and then we just sprinkle some of our raspberries on top, beautiful raspberries. When you, when you're using raspberries in your recipes, you really just want to wash those right before you are going to eat them, so they stay in the best shape possible. Diced or put our mangoes on top there. We're just going to clean up a little right here. And here is our raspberry and mango salad. I'm Michelle Dudash your Clean Eating Expert.
