Hey, guys! Chef Plum back with you from Plum-Luv-Foods.com, and today I’m going to solve one of the world’s giant dilemmas, one of the questions that’s asked that no one knows the answer to. Forget Stonehenge, forget aliens, forget all that. Today, I’m going to show you how to make a taco salad shell using a mold. Stay tuned. So, what I’ve got is this mold here that I got from any giant Big Box retailer that might sell bedroom stuff, bathroom stuff, or things from beyond. You can get these from them, it’s about 10 bucks, you can’t go wrong. And, they’re non-stick, they’re great pans. This is a regular tortilla shell, it’s like a 10-inch tortilla shell. Even if you get the big ones, put the pan down, cut a circle around it, and you can make the sides fit, doesn’t matter. All you do is push it right in there, and just kind of push it into the little notches there. It forms a mold, just like that. I’m going to pop this in the oven, and then we’ll pull it out in about five or seven minutes. Be right back. So, I just pulled out molds out of the oven, and that’s amazing! I got to tell you, look: It’s a taco salad bowl! I’ll bet the same people that invented this could help us figure out the whole Stonehenge thing or any other stuff. You know, all joking aside, one of the fun things you could do with a dish like this, you could even make little – take a pie crust and put a pie crust in there and be able to pull it out, and maybe fill it with apples and put a little caramel on top of it for a cool little dessert bowl. Check it out, that would look great. Or, you could even take, like, a waffle cone type thing and put it in there. You know, put ice cream in it. There’s lots of different things you could do with it. Cookie dough, make a cookie dough shell. Just ideas. Also, you know, they make other types of wraps. You could do, like, a sundried tomato wrap, or even, like, you know, one of those green spinach wraps. The choices are endless. And, I tell you what, these little molds are a lot cooler than I gave them credit for. I’m Chef Plum from Plum-Luv-Foods.com, and that is how you make a taco salad shell using the mold. I’ll see you next time. I’m going to go find some tacos. I love tacos.
