This is Danny J. at Camp Hero Fitness in Southlake, Texas. And I'm going to show you some non-running cardio ideas. So a lot of people don't like to run. I personally don't. So what are some other non-running forms of cardio. There's plenty of equipment in the gym. Other stuff you can do without. You can do jump roping and rowing. This one is the stepmill. It's one of my favorite forms of cardio because your heart rate is intense the whole time. And it's not as impactful as running can be on your joints. Another great piece of equipment is the elliptical machine which makes the running motion but without the impact. Find whatever works for you and something that you enjoy. And that's going to be the kind of cardio you need to stick with. It doesn't have to be running. Again, this is Danny J at Camp Hero Fitness. And I just went over some non-running cardio ideas.
