Hey, this is Danny J. I am at Camp Hero Fitness in Southlake, Texas. And I'm going to show you how to do cardio that tones the butt. Women always want to know what is the best form of cardio for toning your butt. I like to say that walking inclines on a treadmill, running hills is great. Another really great form of cardio for toning the butt is the stepmill or a stairmill. You can keep pushing through your heels and a really great way to target the glutes more is to take really big steps and skip a step. So you just have to time it right so that you can take big steps and really push through your heels. Squeeze your butt on the way up. And if you focus on squeezing your butt on the way up this will be the best form of cardio for a toned butt.
