Hey! This is Dany J. I am in Southlake, Texas, at Camp Hero Fitness, and I’m going to show you how to do calf exercises at your own home if you can’t make it to the gym. So, a lot of women want to know what are some calf exercises they can do without a gym? There are so many you can do at home. One of the best ones is just simply calf raises. Calf raises you can do in a lot of different ways – one is just simply on your floor, feet together pointing forward, you’re going up on tippy toes, and down. There’s also toes-in calf raises. You can turn your toes out, and you can even go on stairs so your heels are going past the step and all the way back up, so you get a really really full extension, and that’s getting the calf muscle really great. None of this needs equipment. If you want to hold extra weight, just get some jugs of milk, put them in your hands, and do your calf raises with that, and you’re good to go.
