Hi, this is Danny J. I'm in Southlake, Texas at Camp Hero Fitness. And I'm going to show you some exercises to tighten the butt without any equipment. I'm going to show you some butt toning exercises that you can do at home in the privacy of your living room. You don't even have to go to the gym and you don't need any equipment. One of the best ones is just simple kickbacks. So what you are going to do is get on your hands and knees. Keep your hands a little bit shoulder width apart and keep your abs tight. You don't want to sag the back and arch. So abs are tight. And all we are going to do is lift up one leg, kick your foot up and bring it back in. You don't have to do at straight leg just keep it bent and bring your knees all the way together and back up. I suggest doing about 20 and then switching to the other side. You want to do about three sets on each side and make sure you stretch. One more variation of these is out to the side. These are I think are kind of, maybe they are called fire hydrants. You are going here, kick your knee out to the side and bring it down. This also tones the outer thighs and the outside of your butt.
