Hi, this is Danny J. I'm in South Lake, Texas at Camp Hero Fitness, and I'm going to show you how to do lunges for a rounder butt. Some of my favorite exercises for a rounder butt are lunges. There's a lot of different types of lunges but I think what's very effective for a nice round plump rump is the walking lunge. Walking lunges you an do with weights in your hands or without any weights. You can travel the length of the gym floor and back and get a lot of good reps in. So you want to make sure you take a big forward step and how you really target those glutes is you think about pushing your heel through the ground and pulling yourself forward and squeezing. So you take a big step forward and pull yourself through and squeeze when you bring it forward. Those walking lunges are really going to help develop a nice round firm butt and they're great for shaping the legs as well.
