Hey, this is Danny J. I'm in South Lake, Texas at Camp Hero Fitness, and we're going to do some body weight squats for a better butt. Squats are a great exercise for any butt lifting program. You can use weights or body weight and body weight can be just as effective as anything weighted. You just want to make sure you have the right form. So starting off your feet are a little bit wider than shoulder width, not too narrow because you're going to put too much pressure on your knees so a little wider than shoulder width. You want to pretend like you're going to sit in a chair so you're actually pushing that butt back and this is where you're going to use your glutes when you stand up. You're going to push and squeeze. It helps sometimes to put your arms out for balance and then bring them back in. Make sure on these squats that you don't go forward on your toes, you want to feel the weight on your heels. If you go forward, all you're going to work is your quads. You really want to focus on building that booty. So push it back, squeeze it up, push it back, squeeze it up. Again, this is Danny J.
