Hey there, my name is Jay Jones, Celebrity Peak Performance Coach and Fitness Minister. And today, I'm going to demonstrate two tricep exercises that you can do around your house. Triceps again are so important to the tightening and toning of your arms. So, we want to get in as many exercises as often as we can to those triceps. Alright. So, we've developed two exercises, I'm demonstrating two today that you can do to absolutely anytime around your house with very minimal equipment. As a matter of fact, you just need a box, a chair or a couch or something and your body for the first one, alright. So, today we're just using a regular box, alright. So, what we're going to do is we're going to get down on the box, extend the legs out as far as we can. Put our hands almost directly behind us, then we're just going to bend our elbows 'till we get our butt as far as we can take it and then push up. Down and up; trying to keep the elbows in tight, don't let them flare out, keep them in tight, push down and up. That is full engagement of the triceps. Now, the second exercise is even easier. The only thing you'll need is your body weight. We're going to do what we call a diamond push up. Diamond push up start with the hands in a diamond position. We can open them slightly to help prevent over-hypertension of the elbow and we're going to go down as close as we can to the floor and push up. Down and then explosively up. Down and up. Tricep push-ups, man, that was not only good for the triceps, but the chest, shoulders, back and everything.
