Hi, my name is Jacqui Phillips, and I am a beauty expert for eHow. The best way to cover up a lip without waxing is to use a concealer and apply over the affected area of where the hair is. And then, you’re going to use a light dusting of translucent powder. Now, this is the best case scenario for someone who has lip hair that’s light and not coarse. So, what you would do is, you’re just going to apply the concealer in the affected area where there is, you know, lip hair. You’re going to blend it in, you know, just pat it in and kind of blend it in. And then, you’re going to get a nice, you know, just, like, a little soft brush and put a little translucent powder over it. And, voila! No more lip hair. Now, if you have dark hair and it’s really coarse, and it’s noticeable, I don’t think you’ll be able to get away with something like this. So, then in that case you’re going to want to go to the drugstore and get a hair bleach, and you can bleach the lip hair, and then you’re good to go. If you still feel that that’s noticeable, then you could do what I did first. Once you bleach the hair, then do a concealer and a little translucent powder, and you’re good to go. So, this would be the best course of action to cover up lip hair.
